Refund policy

14 Day Return Policy

  • Return Window: You have 14 days from the original purchase date to return full-price items for a store credit or exchange. All returns must be pre-approved before returning an item. Please contact us at hello@tannersvilleworks.com to receive a return authorization number (RAN). 
  • Proof of Purchase: We require a receipt or proof of purchase to process a return. 
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Sale Items: All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
  • Authorization: Contact Tannersville Works to authorize your return before shipping the item back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization number will not be accepted.
  • Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not returnable: candles, soaps, lotions, and food/beverage items. 


Need to Return?

  • Request a return authorization number (RAN) by emailing us hello@tannersvilleworks.com.
  • Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt of your return authorization email.
  • You will be responsible for paying costs to return items.  
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as Tannersville Works is not responsible for returns lost or missing in transit.
  • Tannersville Works reserves the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the conditions above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you and a refund will not be granted. Thank you for understanding.


Damaged Merchandise

  • If an item arrives damaged or defective, Tannersville Works will replace it immediately. Damaged or defective merchandise must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order and must be documented with photographs.
